Leonie Roxs - Netherlands
Leonie Emma Roxs is a Holistic Hormone and Breath Coach based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She brings a visionary view, a creative mind, and insight into system dynamics. A central focus of her work is moving the menstrual cycle out of a pathological narrative and creating space for a more appreciative, informed perspective on cyclical intelligence. She is currently developing a school dedicated to making education about the menstrual cycle accessible for all.

Dr. Anne Liljedahl - Sweden
Anne is a Medical Doctor and a 2023 graduate of the Justisse College Holistic Reproductive Health Program. She has over 15 years of clinical experience, working mostly in Primary and Emergency Care settings in northern Sweden. During her studies and work, she has delved into Martial Arts and has over 20 years of experience in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, having run her own dojo for 10 years, as well as other healing arts, such as Reiki, Abdominal Massage Therapy, and traditional shamanic practices from both the Toltec tradition as well as the Sami of the Nordic countries. She completed a 6-month training program in Quantum Biology in April 2026.
She's currently working with Womni, supporting women through their perimenopausal transition, and is looking to expand her own practice to guide and support women in all life stages to feel at home in their bodies, empowered by their inherent wisdom.

TreasurerKarla Elorriaga - Canada
Karla is a recent Justisse College HRHP graduate committed to sharing this work globally. She helps individuals understand their cycles, with a focus on body literacy and informed decision-making. She offers her work in both English and Spanish, expanding access to fertility awareness education across diverse populations.
With over a decade of experience in global operations and financial oversight in the technology sector, Karla brings a thoughtful, modernization-focused lens to her work. She is passionate about helping programs evolve to be practical, accessible, and technologically current while staying grounded in the lived experiences of the people they serve.
In addition to her work in reproductive health, Karla is a dance instructor in her community, creating welcoming spaces for movement, expression, and connection.
Karla is committed to making fertility awareness education more accessible, relevant, and responsive to the diverse and evolving needs of a global audience.
Ali Lang - Canada
Ali Lang (Métis) is a digital strategist and senior accessibility analyst based in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal) who specializes in the intersection of digital infrastructure, inclusive design, and governance frameworks. Her career began in front-line community mental health and harm reduction before transitioning into the design of large-scale digital ecosystems that prioritize human rights and representation.
Currently, Ali serves as a Senior Accessibility Analyst at CBC, where she ensures digital products meet international accessibility standards and champions inclusive design practices. Her work includes accessibility analysis for major international initiatives such as the Olympics and Paralympics, as well as co-authoring internal frameworks that operationalize Indigenous strategy and data sovereignty across the digital product lifecycle.
With a professional background in design and growth marketing, Ali has led visibility initiatives for global platforms and restructured internal workflows for national financial institutions. Her approach centers on ethical engagement and community stewardship, translating complex research into actionable structures that support long-term impact and foster community trust.
As a member of the Board of Directors for Justisse College International, Ali contributes expertise in governance, digital strategy, and equitable decision-making. She is also a participant in Mila’s Indigenous Pathfinders in AI program, where she is strengthening her technical expertise and developing the ethical and operational guardrails necessary to protect culture and center equity in algorithmic design.
Across all of her work, Ali remains focused on building systems and stories that protect culture, support the wellbeing of the planet, and serve future generations.

Laura Wershler - Canada
Laura Wershler, B. Sc., is a veteran sexual and reproductive health advocate, writer, and speaker with thirty years of experience with pro-choice organizations in Canada. While volunteering and working within the traditional SRH community, she was a constant champion for menstrual cycle education and the inclusion of Fertility Awareness Methods in all discussions and materials related to contraception. She served as a board director for Planned Parenthood Federation of Canada (later Canadian Federation for Sexual Health) and the Society for Menstrual Cycle Research (SMCR), and was the Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Alberta (later Sexual Health Access Alberta) from 2004 to 2010.
While attending the 2005 SMCR conference, Laura coined the term “body literacy.” She became a long-time contributor to the society’s blog, Menstruation Matters, and served as its editor from 2015 to 2017. In 2011, after years of publishing commentaries on a wide range of women’s health issues, she earned a certificate in journalism from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. Her work has appeared in various newspapers, journals, newsletters, and the anthology Without Apology, Writings on Abortion in Canada (Athabasca University Press, 2016). She co-edited and contributed to Musings on Perimenopause and Menopause: Identity, Experience, Transition (Demeter Press 2021), a collection of essays, poetry, personal narratives, and scholarly papers.
Laura brings to the board of directors of Justisse College an eclectic skill set that includes professional sales, non-profit management, sales and customer service training, social justice advocacy, and journalism. She lives with her husband in Calgary, Alberta, where she hikes regularly in the Rocky Mountains and writes creative nonfiction. Her ethnographic memoir, Old Age Killed My Mother, is currently seeking a publisher.

Kelly Chapman is a Vancouver-based operations and facilities management professional with over eight years of progressive leadership experience across non-profit, real estate, and financial services sectors.
Her background includes overseeing large-scale facility operations, directing multi-million dollar capital projects, and leading enterprise-wide systems implementation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Kelly brings to the board a grounded, practical perspective on organizational operations and financial management, with a track record of building the systems and processes that allow organizations to run with clarity and accountability.
She is committed to supporting Justisse College International’s operational and financial health as it continues to grow.
