Important Note to all Justisse Method Users
We strongly recommend you contact your Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner or review your Justisse Method User’s Guide when any of the following circumstances arise:
- A change of intention in using the method – for example, from achieving pregnancy to avoiding pregnancy.
- Entering a different reproductive situation– for example, pre-menopause, breast feeding, post-abortion, post-partum (after childbirth).
- Deciding to become sexually active.
- A change in reproductive health status.
- A change in sexual partner.
Remember:
Success and confidence in using the Justisse Method depends on careful mucus observations, accurate and consistent charting of mucus observations, accurate and consistent recording of basal body temperature if it is used, and clarifying individual difficulties with a Justisse trained Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner (HRHP). Some women gain confidence more quickly than others. Some reproductive circumstances are also easier to interpret than others, so each woman’s need to contact an HRHP will vary.
Justisse Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner
Justisse Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioners (HRHP) Levels I & II are trained in reproductive health, all natural and artificial methods of contraception, including an in-depth understanding of observable menstrual cycle events indicating fertility and infertility. They are trained to teach the Justisse Method, and counsel women or couples how to use the Justisse Method when avoiding or achieving pregnancy, when monitoring reproductive health, and when making reproductive health choices. The mandate of the Justisse HRHP is to share, without prejudice, all information necessary to exercise full reproductive freedom.
The women most successful in learning the Justisse Method have the help of a Justisse HRHP, who is trained to identify and manage a broad spectrum of cycle variations and reproductive health problems. A woman’s fertility is a continuous process, changing throughout her reproductive life. Many women are cautious about using prescription drugs, synthetic hormones, or surgical techniques to achieve reproductive health. They may benefit from exploring the many holistic reproductive health options available to them. Many reproductive health and menstrual cycle problems can be addressed safely and naturally with changes in diet and lifestyle, and/or Naturopathic or Complementary Medical treatment. The Justisse HRHP is trained to address all these concerns, and to share with women Body Literacy a valuable life skill. HRHP training program...
