Learning Justisse

Learning the Justisse Method

You can acquire the skill of fertility awareness by learning the Justisse Method through either one of these options:

Option 1. Self-Instruction Using The Justisse Method User’s Kit

The Justisse Method User’s Kit includes a Justisse Method User’s Guide, a Basal Body Temperature thermometer, 3 mucus charts, 3 mucus/temperature charts – everything you need to get started. It is designed for self-instruction for those who cannot easily access a Justisse-Healthworks certified Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner or a fertility awareness educator certified to teach the Justisse Method.
You can also purchase all learning materials separately.

If you carefully follow instructions in the Justisse Method User’s Guide, this kit may be all you need to use the Justisse Method effectively.

If you run into difficulties consult a HRHP, by phone, fax, e-mail or regular mail to clarify questions or help you interpret your charts. We may also be able to help you find an HRHP or other fertility awareness educator near you for face-to-face instruction and consultation. HRHPs charge a fee for their service.

Option 2. Personal Instruction With an Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner

If you are interested in locating an Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, or other fertility awareness educator in your area please check our Practitioner Directory

If you are interested in personal instruction through Justisse-Healthworks you can arrange this by calling our toll free line: 1-866-587-8477 (1-866-JUSTISSE).

Personal instruction with Justisse-Healthworks can take place as a face-to-face consultation, or by phone. Follow-ups can be done as a face-to-face consultation or by phone, fax, e-mail or regular mail.
