FACC holds Justisse Method introductory sessions that give a brief introduction to the physiology of the female reproductive cycle, and then explain how to recognize, monitor (chart), and interpret female fertility signs.
FACC also holds monthly follow-up Charting Circles, where individuals come to share their progress at charting, and to learn about how they can practice Fertility Awareness more effectively and accurately. Follow-up sessions will be held at Block 1912 Café (10361 82 Ave) the first Wednesday of the month, November through March. For those who haven’t attended a comprehensive intro session, a mini-intro session will be provided at each follow-up, covering the basics of charting.
Suggested minimum donation of $5.
Everyone welcome regardless of gender or knowledge level. Feel free to bring along partners, kids, friends, and family. All meetings are breastfeeding-friendly.
