Observational Checklist

• Check every time before and after you go to the bathroom
• Check every time before and after bathing
• Check before you go to bed and if you get up at night to urinate (pee)
• Use tissue that is wadded flat
• Wipe from front to back
• Decide what the sensation is before looking at the tissue
• Observe the tissue, and finger test for mucus
• Make a mental note of what was observed and/or felt
• Make observations every day
• Chart your most fertile observation daily
