Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness

"Ever since I started using the Justisse Method, I've felt freer and healthier. It works well for me and I was amazed at how simple it really is to use and understand. I feel like I finally have control over my body." Janice M.

"When I met my boyfriend, my Nanna was concerned about me and wanted to open up my awareness about fertility and my body. So, she introduced me to a Justisse Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner whom she knew and trusted." Fiona

The Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness

The effectiveness of fertility awareness to help couples avoid pregnancy and monitor gynecological and reproductive health relies on the fact that all women can be taught to observe, chart and interpret the three primary signs of fertility: cervical mucus secretions, basal body temperature and cervical position. Women using the Justisse Method chart their fertility according to their own reliable signs so the method is effective despite variations in menstrual cycles amongst women.
